* 1st match starts at 8pm with the professionals playing 8 local qualifiers( pre qualified in local pubs, clubs etc )
* Followed by the 4 professionals playing a knock out competition, giving 4 matches of professional play
* The culmination of the event will be the Professional Players playing each other in a knock out format
* Conclude the event at 11.00pm
* A raffle and auction of signed memorabilia would be held, with a % going to local good charity.
